Job Details

Based on our holiday parks in France, our Reception Team help to ensure a trouble free holiday for all our guests from their arrival to their departure. If you believe in dreaming big, smiling often and always giving your best , then we want to here from you!

Requirements:

  • Bi-lingual English/French
  • A second European language desirable but not essentiel
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A good communicator
  • flexible team player
  • Knowledgeable in computer and telephone work
  • Able to work with foreign currency
  • Able to think on your feet in a busy environment

Duties:

  • Welcoming guests on arrival to the park and checking them in
  • Administration tasks to include preparing welcome packs, fun passes and sending brochures
  • Providing information on the park and its activities, and local/regional information
  • Liasing between all departments, management and external suppliers
  • Cash handling (Bureau de Change, till work & hiring facilities)
  • Receiving guest problems/queries and passing them on to the duty manager
  • Selling merchandise
  • Maximising sales opportunities
  • Answering the telephone - dealing with enquiries and reservations
