This reception / admin role in our Physio and Massage clinic in Courchevel is ideal for someone who enjoys snowsports and meeting people as the hours are great for getting out on the mountain!
The clinic treats patients and is also the "hub" for all our other resorts, so you are part of the team of therapists around several resorts - Courchevel, Meribel, La Plagne, Val d'Isere and Tignes.
The work involves meeting and greeting clients, alot of phone work, talking to potential clients or resort staff, hearing about their injuries and making appointments for them in the clinic or home visit settings in all of our resorts. Liaising with the team of therapists, resort staff and guests to get the clients seen as soon as possible.
It can get very busy at times on the phones and then when it is quieter there are some general admin tasks to continue with, such as organising invoicing, receipts, taking payments, a little database work, helping patients organise their insurance and checking on the therapists.
The sucessful candidate needs to be confident, organised, have very good communication skills, be ok with numbers, be able to prioritise and multi task. They need to be able to work well in a busy environment and then also be self starting and motivated when it is quieter to catch up on the admin work.
French language, previous office / reception work, basic staff management and any medical background are all a big plus.
