Select School Travel is excited to offer a fantastic permanent opportunity to join the Operations and Contracting team, with a focus on our USA and Canada school ski programme.
Based at our UK head office in Sussex, this role offers overseas travel and will involve:
- Management of ski resort/ accommodation supplier relationships
- Development of new destinations and suppliers
- Planning and confirmation of group itineraries and reservations
- Recruitment, training and overseas support of Select peak season ski reps
- Budgetary control and management of costs
- Supplier payments
- Operational support for our school groups during trips
- Operational support of educational school trips outside of ski season
What are we looking for? The perfect candidate will have:
- Ski repping experience (ideally with school groups)
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Enthusiastic and hard-working approach
- Strong organisational and admin skills
- Team player
- Passion for winter sports
