We have a variety of positions to suit all levels of experience. Generally, our kitchen teams are quite small so all chefs & kitchen staff must be prepared to take a hands-on approach to every aspect of kitchen work, including the washing-up!
Leading by example, you will assist the Head Chef in maintaining a professional, efficient, safe and enjoyable kitchen environment. You will motivate the team to provide a consistently high standard of buffet meal service. You will need proven experience in all areas of food style, design and HACCP. Working to strict budgets and sales targets, you will be results orientated and ensure high standards of professionalism. As Sous Chef you will deputise for the Head Chef in their absence and be involved in the training and continual development of the kitchen team.
