The Boutique Chalet Company is one of the leading providers of luxury ski holidays in the French Alps. We’re still a small owner run business which means that every member of our team really matters to us.
Our property portfolio includes some of the world’s finest luxury ski chalets. Unique, contemporary interiors and progressive design are the norm for us. We boast private facilities that rival many five star hotels, but we need great people to help us deliver the in-chalet service that we’re famous for. That’s why we need you.
We need people who share our passion for delivering modern and creative service and can create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our chalets. We really care about all the finer details that make our holidays unforgettable for our guests, so you’ll need a keen eye, high standards and pride in your work.
You will meet some amazing people, both your guests and your colleagues. It'll be hard work but hugely rewarding. Whilst we have extremely high expectations of our team, we also strive to create a fun and positive environment for our staff. We structure our roles into realistic shifts so you can enjoy a good balance between working and making the most of what the mountains have to offer.
We offer a highly competitive salary and excellent pre-arranged seasonal accommodation. We help you buy a full area lift pass, arrange winter sports equipment hire, and give you your meals on duty (or statutory meal allowance if not working in a catered chalet). We also run a comprehensive training programme at the start of the season to make sure you have everything in your tool kit for a successful season.
