Camp Cooper is an overnight summer camp based in Crieff & Edinburgh (Scotland), for international & British campers aged 7-17.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for 50 staff - Camp Counsellors/ Activity Specialists to complete our summer teams.
The Camp Counsellor provides the daily leadership and pastoral welfare of a group of eight to twelve campers, helping each camper adjust to Camp life and have a positive experience at Camp Cooper. Counsellors will lead programmes that provide campers with the opportunity to enjoy, explore, make friends, learn skills and grow from their experiences with other campers at Camp Cooper. Cabin counsellors are responsible for the safety, care and management of their cabin group. They also make sure their group have an EPIC experience!
Activity counsellors have two responsibilities. Their first one is teaching an elective activity. Their second one is being a co-counsellor in a cabin during certain parts of the day (mainly during mealtimes and evenings). Activity Specialists teach between 1 -2 electives, based on their experience, skills and what our schedule requires. Please see a list of our electives below:

We are also looking to fill some leadership and management positions
This is a fully residential role. The role includes food and accommodation.
We are especially looking for staff that have worked at an American summer camp previously.
