Campsite Warden

Job Details

We are looking for a full time warden to work alongside our current warden and night warden. We are a charity campsite who supports disabled people, we welcome able bodied and disabled people onto our campsite. We are situated within the National Park and sit at the foot of the South Downs, we are 8 miles outside of Brighton and have a mainline station in Hassocks.

Duties include: welcoming people onto the campsite, booking them in on our booking system, andswering the telephone, showing guests around and making sure they have a happy pleasant stay, cleaning shower/toilet blocks, preparing fire pits, stocking and selling goods from our small shop.

You will need to be computer literate, reliable, honest, able to talk to guests, have a pleasant happy manor, be able to work well within a small team and have a good sense of humour.

This position is live in, You can bring your own accommodation, ie a caravan/campervan/motorhome or tent or we can provide a caravan for you to stay in, Gas and electricity will be provided with a pitch.  You will have two days off per week (week days only, weekends must be worked) and you will be required to work one evening per week to cover our night wardens days off. We will provide you with branded tops to wear when on duty.

Full training will be given, Salary to be discussed on interview.
