Enthusiastic and high service minded Executive Chef required to run complete kitchen for max 16 guests at the boutiique lodge/hotel Lyngen Lodge in northern Norway.
High standard cuisine dealing with ingredients sourced from the local region and include some of the world’s finest fish and game produce available. They include but are not limited to: Cod, coley, king crab, halibut, cat fish, monk fish, wolf fish, Reindeer, Moose, lamb.
The kitchen is open plan and guest interactive. The applicant chef is required to be creative, customer service related and interested in presenting the meals and being apart of the host team at the lodge.
Employment package: 5 days work - 2 day off.
Monthly wage and health insurance. You will receive your own private accommodation in shared staff house. Use of a staff car and food while at work. Applicants need to be over 25 years or over.
