All round service with a smile! A Holiday Courier’s responsibility begins with welcoming new arrivals, making them feel at ease and ensuring that their accommodation is both inviting and cleaned to a high standard. As a Holiday Courier you will always be the customers’ main point of contact and you will be expected to provide local information and give assistance if required. Part of this role involves helping out with minor repairs to accommodation and equipment. You will also be involved in administration duties and keeping basic accounts.
Requirements: Previous work experience. Previous Customer Service experience. A good working knowledge of the English language and basic numeracy. You should have lots of energy, basic common sense and a genuine desire to help people, Previous experience of team activities
