Job Details

Our Residential Assistants are key members of our UK team, providing crucial support to the running of our residential facility. 

The successful candidate will work within a variety of departments based at the centre and provide support to both the residential facility and the training centre.

About the Role

The role will require you to:

• Support the centre team in the running and maintenance of the centre
• ​Provide pastoral care to our younger individual customers
• Assist in delivering some evening entertainment activities as directed by the Centre Manager
• General site cleaning and maintenance of both the centre and accommodation
• Assist in the kitchen as and when required
• Provided meal time cover to allow the instructors time off

Requirements

• 17 years +
• ​Excellent customer service skills
• Motivated and hardworking

​ Desirable

• ​Basic Food Hygiene L2
• ​Experience working with children
• Experience working in a catering environment
