As a Chalet Supervisor you will manage a group of chalets in one of our great resorts and oversee that all high standards and service are met for our guests. Alongside logistics and planning, you will train, develop, and manage your hosts, and support staff, to go above and beyond guest expectations. You will have a strong understanding of chalet holidays and a proactive approach, ensuring you minimise and reduce guest complaints in the properties in your area. You will identify areas in which to reduce working hours and increase staff retention, whilst improving the quality of the product.
You will have the ability to identify success as well as areas for improvement, streamlining systems and processes to deliver operational efficiency and achieve our exacting standards. You will have the confidence and experience to go into the chalets and be hands-on help catering / cooking when needed, whilst also maintaining a professional demeanour to mentor those around you.
