We are now looking to recruit enthusiastic, dedicated, organised and responsible Centre Managers and Assistant Centre Managers for our Young Learner Courses running at four UK independent schools between June and August.
Centre Managers ensure that the centre that they have responsibility for is operating efficiently and effectively. Duties involve inducting course staff, management of course budgets, being responsible for the student experience from arrival to departure as well as to ensure that there is appropriate supervision and support throughout. The Assistant Centre Manager will work alongside the Centre Manager and assist in ensuring that the centre is operating efficiently and effectively. Duties involve deputising for the Centre Manager, inducting course staff, management of course budgets, being responsible for the student experience from arrival to departure as well as ensuring that there is appropriate supervision and support throughout.

Person SpecificationEssential:- Degree qualified or equivalent- Centre management experience of a large programme- Hospitality/sports activity management experience- Pastoral/welfare experience- Team leadership/people management experience- Financial management/cash handling experience- Excellent communication skills- Office administration experience- Counselling & interpersonal skills- Excellent communication & time management skills
Desirable:- Delta qualified- Management experience of a Young Learner centre
