I passed the assessment but unfortunately the places were all full but i am on hold, how likely am I to get a place if i'm on hold?????

For every person who fails training, drops out, gets their contract torn up  etc will make 1 more place available so you never know... could end up being no one ends up coming home all season meaning no spaces but thats highly unlikely! what role you applied for?

I applied for high seasons rep. quite annoying i applied b4 xmas and my interview wasn't untill 10th march in Birmingham wish that they had earlier ones in Birmingham n if i knew they would place people who had late interviews on hold i woulda traveled to have my interview earlier :(

Hi, i was given a reserve offer and just recieved a full offer today. Im not doing the same as you but i do know that they can often give very late replies as they first offer jobs to people who did the previous season, and these people can take ages to say whether they want the job or not. i dont think its a case of all the places being taken as high season reps dont norm go out until at least june its just a case of them working out who they need and where etc.
 
whats a reserve offer?

Does anyone know if TUI also put people on hold?  Or is anyone actually on hold for TUI right know or has been in the past?
