La Rosiere

France  France flag

A hidden gem on the Italian/ French border La Rosiere has some of the most extensive and untouched powder in the Tarentaise Valley. The resort sits at an altitude of 1850m and has a fantastic snow record together with some of the most spectacular views in the Alps.

A varied and excellently maintained snow park adds to the appeal for season workers, and wide empty pistes are easy to find. A good selection of bars and traditional restaurants make the resort a firm favourite for après ski.
