Yes this is our first season to, I cant wait!
When will you leave then, does your training start on 24th April? Im still waiting to hear about our transport. Me and my partner are going together. Did you want to be in France?
Are you close to Portsmouth or was it cheaper from there?

Me and my partner are attending an interview in a couple of weeks for Thompson Al Fresco. We are both new to seasonal work and hoping we are successful! What dates did you guys put on you app forms for a start date? If your both going to Des Ormes, do you think that means everyone has training there? Gemma |

Hi Gemma, no not all training is at des ormes, I did mine on colombier [south of france] last year and doing training on berny riv this year. it will just depend on what date you start i think! good luck with your interview by the way

Hi Gemma,
My parter has asked for a career break do be able to do this job and can only be away for 5 months and I said I would be available from May - September but they have asked me to go on training on 24th April so i said thats fine but ill need to come back about the same time in September.
No there are a few different training dates, there is another one on 18th/19th March and im sure theyll be some more after to!

Hello!!! Can anyone offer any advice on the interview? what to wear? take anything?
Do they employ most people they interview, ie are they desperate for employees?
I am confident i will get the job, but i just want it so bad!!!!
I am going to the interview with my partner, will this be beneficial to our chances of gaining employment??
Any advice, information would be so helpful and appreciated!

im going to berny on the 20th march for training and im staying there untill may then im goin to sanguli!!!
i cant wait!!!
its going to be my third season
ive been on DOL (des ormes) for the last 2 years and its the best place ever!! anyone going there is going to have a wicked season!!!

me and my boyfreind are going to bella italia, we leave for traning on the 20th march 2011.
this is our first year witht he company last year worked for french freedom holidays, and eurocamp the year before.
if you are based on des orms is an ok site not the best by far.

We`re going to Bella for training beginning of April with Alfresco.
Anyone know what this involves.
A wee bit nervous because apparently you have to pass this to get carry on to proper placement.

Hi dont worry its fine, you get taught like how to change gas, clean properly, bit of paperwork, customer service etc what site are you going to be working on?

this is all new to us but although a bit nervous really excited too.
We`re at Mar Estang, unfortunately as it`s Alfresco first season there it doesn`t open until late May.
We do training then come home for a month.

Ohh doesn't it, it'll be better to go back in april/may anyway it'll be warmer than it is now! dont worry honestly, everyone is really nice, and you'll have a good time, it was my first season last year, was so nervous and had nothing to worry about |
