Way hey! Flight details confirmed, 20th April at 2pm from Gatwick - It all seems real now! 5 weeks on Friday - wow that has come round really quick and still soooo much to organise! How is veryone getting on with there workbook online e learning stuff? Also any thoughts on how much money people are taking? Be good to hear from people who are all booked and ready and if you are yet to do your assesment day all the best of luck!! Richie

hey Richie!! can't wait now, it's so exciting! me and another girl Lucy are staying at the Premier Inn on the 19th next to south terminal and then just getting a transfer in the morning.. are you stopping over or going down on 20th?
i've started the e-learning but just had to do some sections in a funny order as others won't load? i've got to try another computer and see if it works on there. also, i'm thinking of taking aroun 500/600 pounds to start? do you or anybody else know if we get our meals on the training provided? Gem x

Hi! I applied online to work for tui, and have had an email saying my initial screening was successful, they are in the process of booking assessment venues and will be in touch as soon as they have one available. Has anybody had this email? If so, was just wondering how long it took for them to get back to you? Thanks! Jack :)

Hiyaaa! I worked in Corfu last Summer, is it your first season? Take around £500 and that'll be more than enough! The hoteliers and people that own the restaurants will look after you really well! x

Awhhh you'll be fine! The Resort Team Managers there are awesome you'll love it! It's quite a hard place to work but if you get through your first season you'll be all set up for the future! Ahh get me to the Greek! I miss it loads, if you need any advice on what to take let me know....I forgot quoite a few things last year and its really hard to get stuff out there. Corfu town is wicked but everything is dead expensive so be prepared! x

Also.. I did turkish language as a module in my first year of uni.. so does that mean theres a high chance i'll be put in turkey?
or have people had a certain language behind them and been put elsewhere? Im hoping to be put in turkey.. but iv been reading through the threads and haven't yet seen anyone whose been places there!

You never know.....I know 2 girls that applied last year that had boyfriends in turkey. 1 in bodrum & 1 in marmaris. They got where they wanted. Even if u don't get it this year, u can put in for it next summer. Good luck x
