No honey we get paid less as we have to opportunity to earn comission on things we sell xx

Hey Guys.. Well Done On Gettin Ya Assessment Days And A Bigger Well Done On Getting The Job... I Was The Exact Same As You This Time Last Year...Im Currentley In Lanzarote Doing Winter Season Been In Menorca All Summer. Its Been Brill... I Bet Ya All Well Excited To Find Out Where Ya Goin Etc.. Its A Bit Of A Wait But Dont Worry Enjoy Ya Time At Home Etc As When Ya Become A Rep Your Busy Busy!! ya i cant see anything about interviews or anythig in ireland
 .......and i dnt no wat id like to apply for i think id like the kids rep or the adult entertaining but they seem to ask for a bit of qulifications like with kids and first aid and that do u think they will look passed them things cz im sure not every1 can possibly have them qualifications?

What should i expect in the TUI assessment day, heard so many stories, but ive just re-read the attachment i gt in the e-mail - it states that you do not need to prepare for any presentations as all will be explained in the introduction when we get there!
Any one know for sure?

@irishgal - I think that they only do interviews over here and you would possibly have to come over to manchester or somewhere for an interiew. @Nick - No you don't have to prepare a presentation before you go but they give you plenty of time when you get there to prep! As Tyler said I don't think they do interview in Ireland! I only know this because a girl came over during my interview day and had to stay over night!

21st Jan.... If my passport turns up in time haha, if not i'll have to re-arrange as it said you can do this - ive also got Thomas cook on 12th Feb
Thomas cook say you need to prepare for a presentation about a destination that you need to basically sell to the group.
Waiting to hear back from monarch, olympic and 18-30.... trying to cover them all!
