What have you applied for, mainline or kids rep? You'll have to keep us updated on how it goes etc! Where do you have to go?

I've got a pair of Reebok classics that have a really small logo on the side and never had a problem with them.  they should send you an email with this years specific instructions on them

I haven't owned a pair of trainers since I was like ten! Will have to get myself some! Do we get both sets of uniform too? Like First choice & Thomson? Whats classed as formal duties and whats classed as casual duties? Can you wear shorts for welcome meetings?

To the people who have had their interview.. Is there anything you can prepare before you go for interview? Because Im going for mainline I dont have to prepare a presentation however, I am planning on going through my old college work (studied Travel and Tourism at college) and brushing up on things.. Just wondering if anyone has any advice on anything else I can do to prepare? Smile x

Maybe get a brochure so you know about the company and the products TUI sell, like Holiday Village, Sensatori etc so you have a bit of background knowledge.

During the group exercise make sure that your voice is heard and you get involved a lot.

In the presentation, just go for it. Everyone is in the same boat as you so just be as confident as you can be. You can look at your notes too while your doing it. Listen to what the assessors are asking you to do and the mark scheme of what they are marking you on. They want you to sell what you are talking about.

For the maths test, check your answers twice!! They give you a calculater.

If you get through to the second part of the day you will have to do a role play and 1-2-1 interview. In the role play listen to what they have to say and act upon it. And in the 1-2-1 interview this is the last place to sell yourself to them and make a lasting impression.

Remember, they are watching you from the moment you walk in, so make sure you are talking to people and getting involved.

Take all the correct docs with you aswell as if you don't, they wont assess you!!!
Hope this helps!!
xx
