Hey i have recently been invited for an interview with Nielson. Can anyone who has been to one of the iterviews before tell me what the dress code is, and maybe what to expect. Thanks.

yeah do go smart, im a kids rep, theres questions about health and safety, working in a team, how you distract children as we have them from 8.30 in the morning till 5.30 at night so its a long day, we take them sailing, kayaking, windsurfing but dont worry if you cant do them, you'll do nanny training in which you'll learn them.

yeah a suit would be fine you may not need a suit jacket if you do a group interview but wear what you feel comfortable in too, in mine I didnt need a presentation I had a one to one interview and thats it but a lot of other guys do a group activity then the one to one so not too sure what happens in the group one, its not really hard so im sure you guys will do great :D any particular place you wanna go to?

was reading other people posts, some sound quite scary. All I was told is to bring my gym kit as there will be practical and then an interview part. Not sure what the interview gonna be like, one-to-one or group activ. or any tests?

Ive been offered Neislon as Lifeguard / Swim Teacher. I got the email last Friday saying I had been succesfull and interview and they wanted to offer me a contract , I would get another email shortly with more details such as dates and resorts etc etc. Its been a week now and I still haven't found out where I'm going. I could really do with finding out as Mark Warner have offered me a similar job , so I'd like to get as much info as possible from each one so I can make the best informed decision!
How long did it take from getting the job to you finding out which resort you were going to?
