We already know its on a point scoring system. Throughout the assessment day you were marked out of 3 and 5 for various things. Immediately the top scorers were given contracts. The 2nd and 3rd bunch were put onto hold. When more assessment days happened, again the top 5% were given contracts and then the rest onto hold. The people on hold who had scored higher were all offered contracts on the 10th or 11th march.
Should people drop out or not return contracts by the 20th, they then select the last people.

There are no spaces left with Thomas Cook. All contracts have been sent out, and should they not be returned in the 3 days given then they go to the people who are left on hold. So keep your fingers crossed that people dont check their emails!

A day and a half left though, could be worse could be another week :-)
Presentations are easy man, well.. They are to me I suppose but look at this way if you get through you will do about 10 more in training ;) to get you ready for the real thing and then you'll think what on earth you was worrying about in the first place ^_^
It all becomes second nature and you just go into auto pilot

No spaces today apparently, that's why no one has said "I got the call" on the forums today.
The 10th was the last assessment so I was told.

I was actually told that on the phone today when I called, no calls went out to people on hold cos there was no spaces to be given out today. Just have to see what happens tomorrow now ;)
