A day and a half left though, could be worse could be another week :-)
Presentations are easy man, well.. They are to me I suppose but look at this way if you get through you will do about 10 more in training ;) to get you ready for the real thing and then you'll think what on earth you was worrying about in the first place ^_^ It all becomes second nature and you just go into auto pilot |

I've done like 4 presentations in my whole life lol. Not my thang. But I guess practice makes perfect... I probably won't go, I'd much rather work for TC. But I really doubt I'm going to find out anything in the next 2 days. I'll be ringing TC thursday unless they send me another holding letter. |

There are no spaces left with Thomas Cook. All contracts have been sent out, and should they not be returned in the 3 days given then they go to the people who are left on hold. So keep your fingers crossed that people dont check their emails!

We already know its on a point scoring system. Throughout the assessment day you were marked out of 3 and 5 for various things. Immediately the top scorers were given contracts. The 2nd and 3rd bunch were put onto hold. When more assessment days happened, again the top 5% were given contracts and then the rest onto hold. The people on hold who had scored higher were all offered contracts on the 10th or 11th march.
Should people drop out or not return contracts by the 20th, they then select the last people. |

Any idea about high seasoners? Do you think it's the same or do we maybe have to hang about till May until they see how busy they are/ how many people drop out mid season?

Wooohoo Thomas Cook just called. My contract has been changed, now flying out to Turkey on the 12th April instead of training on the 23rd. Obviously means another gap has opened up so one of you may get my old contract!!

My assessment was only 10th March so the wait has been no where near as bad for me as many of you other guys..!
Ive been offered work with other companies but wanted the TC job to be honest..! Well done to you anyways get packing 13th is not long |

I just got an email from TC saying all positions for this year are being filled
 .. and that they will contact me in the end of this year regarding the summer 2014...oh well... I guess I will accept the other job I was offered here and will plan the next season under the sun with TC. Hope to see you next season guys  |
