I had this interview last summer, It may of changed since last year, but all we did was sit in a conference room for around two hours, I was called last for the interview so I had a long wait. In that time we just dvds of the shows onboard. After a while I got called to my interview. Its just basic questions about why you should have the job and your experience. 

But, they don't tell you about the references which you complete after you get the job, they need every company you have worked for, it is a very, very stressful and hard to get a hold off. Be prepared to wait a very long time for your references to go though.
