I went on one last yr for a high season rep.

 

The assessment lasts all day.  There isn't anything in particular they look for.  Just be yourself and try not to be nervous.  There's lots of activities throughout the day- either on your own, in pairs or groups.  At the end, you have a face to face interview with a member of staff and you'll be told by letter if you got the job or not.

 

I made friends with a few of the people from season workers last yr and met up with them the day before.  It was a laugh.

 

They came from up north and the isle of man.  They stayed in a hotel the night before but I live in London so I just commuted to where they were.  It was great hanging out with them.  I was the only one who didn't get the job with olympic holidays though.  I was so gutted.  One by one, all the people I'd made friends with got the job and were announcing it.  I knew when I didn't get my letter that I didn't get the job.

 

Everything happens for a reason.  I applied to COSMOS and they hired me.  I worked in greece for the summer.  I absolutely loved it.  Most of the people I kept in touch with from the olympic assessment were sent to different islands in greece.  A couple were actually on the same island as me, but we had such busy time tables that I never got to see them.

 

I'm re-applying to olympic and hope I get the job.  I'd love to go back to greece.  Good luck with everything.  I hope you're successful and get the job.  x
