Yes it is, it sounds like we just have to give a small description of who we are and what our favorite holiday would be?? But i do not know how i was supposed to know that? if i hadn't have looked on here i wouldn't have had a clue! Thanks for the reply mwashton

Hey everybody I'm going to the assessment day at East Midlands Airport on Thursday I just wondered who else will be going, I applied for a resort rep role and I'm just really nervous but excited at the same time but also really excited to meet everyone :-D

just wondering if you have thought about the presentation or know anything of it? Some things on here are saying don't worry about it they will let you know more when your there but some others are saying that they already have one prepared?:/ I wonder how many people will also be there im also very exited but still very nervous

I'm just waiting until the day, I think if we needed to prepare our presentation in advance, they'd have emailed us about it already.
I've been an picked up a brochure and looked through the website then just prepared for typical interview questions. |

I went to the Crystal Assessment at East Midlands Airport on Tuesday 26th. Just found out I'm going to France to be a Ski Rep! So chuffed! - Thanks for the advise MWashton!!

Well done! I was at the assessment yesterday but can't cope with this waiting, I just want to know now, especially if I haven't got it, would have rather been told yesterday with everybody that went at dinner.

I was at the Thursday one at EMA too and made it through to 1 to 1 interviews, the suspense is killing me too i cannt cope 😔 i just want to find out whether i have it or not.

Oh yes you were did you have blonde hair and a bonny face? If so it was deffo you im quite shocked some people didnt get through some were great, i know what you mean about the crying part :-( do you think it will be monday we find out if they dont get in touch today im not tpo sure if they will be working on sunday.

There was a few people I thought would get through that didn't, they must have been brutal with the selection. I'm expecting it to be Monday/Tuesday, would love it to be today but I think she mentioned working days

I didn't prepare anything. You do an introduction about yourself, the presentation was the group task, then a speed interview and social media test in the morning and a more in depth interview if you get through to the afternoon but that was still only 20 minutes. |
