Just on the way home now! Been a good day all in all with a great bunch of people! There was only 4 of us for the kids rep role so it was quite chilled and a lot of fun! Good luck everyone!:) xx

Not too bad (I hope)!! But like I said there was only 4 of us and then 3 on the afternoon so it was quite chilled and fun :) the 1-1 Interview stumped me a little bit but I just blagged it! Lol x

Erm they asked about different situations I have been in (deal with complaints, or dealt with a sensitive situation) and how I've improved a team and how I've given exceptional service (giving examples for everything!) I can't remember any more it was all a bit of a blur! X

The 1 to 1 was about 20 minutes! And I'm not sure it's so unpredictable! Be confident, fun, chatty and I'm sure you will be just fine!! Lots of luck! Xx

Quarter to ten and I'm just back home now!! It's been a long day!
But yeah as Laura said you find out in 7 days if your success or not. It isn't all that bad I went for the holiday rep whereas Laura went for childcare, I'm assuming it is pretty similar in the things that you do but it is a bit nervous. The 2 tui staff are lovely and don't give anything away at all. They have real poker faces so if your looking for an opinion of their body language you've got no chance. All I can say is be yourself and you will be fine! Wish you all the best of luck xxx |

No none of us really knew, we had a couple of ideas but they werent enough for her to be sent home if you know what I mean I though I was going home after she had, her presentation was really good too!! All you can do is try your best xx
