I have a group interview in a few weeks for a position as a Nanny for the upcoming winter season at their head office in Godalming. I have to prepare and lead an activity to enhance the development of a child of under 3 years old but not sure what to do for this. Has anyone had an interview with them before and can tell me what it is like or have any tips.
