Hi!
So you go in, the ice breaker is to do a dance. Then you learn about the company. Then you do your story sacks. I chose 5 objects that represented me and my life and explained each one, I made it quite funny to show my personality but also linked it to the skills I had. I stuck to 3 mins but they don't time you exactly. Then you have 2 group tasks, one is to plan a day at the kids club for a given theme; think about timings and a range of activities for each age. Next is to mime a fairy tale to show your non verbal communication skills. Then you go for lunch. Some people are sent home here. I was the only one who made it through to the afternoon. In the afternoon they tell you the terms and conditions for if you get the job. Then you so a role play of a customer complaining, sounds scary but it's not too bad! Then finally you have the interview. This is the hardest bit. You need to think of all the experience you have before you go; what have you learnt from it? When have you worked with over cultures, when have you worked in a team etc.
Overall the day is really fun and the people are nice - they want you to do well!
I got the job too :)
