2blincs again. We were wondering at what time of year do the ski
resort companies start recruiting for winter season? Does anyone
know if they accept applications from abroad even though applicant
is not currently in UK/Eur? Do all companies conduct their interviews
in UK first? Thx for any advice.

Generally seasons start in November but theres no rule to it. I think companies prefer EU passport holders as it makes their job a whole lot easier.

Again theres no rules about interviews - some will accept a phone interview - it depends on things such as the nature of the job and your qualifications/references

Thx Alecl. I am EU passport holder and have learned that they are
preferred. Appreciate your reply. 2blincs

For the application i field out for powder byrne you did not need
to send your CV but you needed to fill out a series of questions
such as, what can you bring to our companie Eg good
communication skills, enthuasism, etc and why do powder byrne
charge such a high premium Eg because their high quality
service. there is also several other questions along these line
just wright what they want to here. For my interview with the
companie i will be brining my CV then. Im not sure what the go
is with the other companies if they want your CV first as i have
not aplied as fo yet through any other. have a good one. give us
a yell how ya go.

Hi guys, I'm now in the same position as you, having applied for a couple recently but still waiting for replies, I'll let you know how it goes. Unfortunately I can't commit to a full season as I'm still at university, so positions are a bit limited.

Let us know how you get on - which resorts have you applied for?
