Only a few days, if you get an interview, you'll probably hear after the interview in about 48 hours. However - it is late to be applying for an Elf for this season now, it all kicks off in only a few weeks time - you never know tho, just be prepared for them to say they only have positions in the Alps left.

Good luck whichever way it goes.

you probably know this already but all the elf posistions were recruited for before the 13th october. thats what they told me when i was interviewed on 13/10. hopefully you get interviewed for something else, but if you don't next year apply in june time and you get a better chance then.
good luck

wow, I started this topic 3 years ago when I set off to be a nanny in Austria for Esprit!
Glad to see you're all getting advice from it tho!
I did a story sack also, and I was a nanny, and someone else did rice krispie squares haha!
But seriously guys, DONT WORRY!
When I finally started work , I realised they took on 'anybody' who had a minimum of two brain cells. You didnt even need experience in childcare... well unless you were a nanny of course!

Hope you all get the positions youre after and enjoy yourselves!!

Oh I also recommend finding the Esprit groups on facebook and making friends before you go, cause I didnt and found loads of people had already made friends before they got there through that!

If you want any more info email me at lozzle123@hotmail.com

xx
