Hi im looking into working out in Ibiza for a season in 2008.
I was wondering if anyone has done it and could give me a bit of info like how much you get paid for Bar work and PR'ing work? How much it is to live out there and if the employers provide accommodation? When should i go out there to get these sorts of jobs? If anyone is interested in going out there also and wants a travelling companion? Any information is really appreciated. Cheers guys xxx |

Hey shell! I'm also looking for someone to travel with/get accomodation with in Ibiza this summer! Ive been on holiday there for the last 4 yrs but desperatley want to work out there next summer but my friends don't fancy working out there!....crazy! Have u been before? I met quite a few people that worked out there while i was on holiday this summer so i have an idea about the various jobs available etc. Where abouts are u from? Hi Girls, I would also really like to work in Ibiza next summer! I've never been before but based on what friends have told me I'm convinced I would love it. I'm from London originally but I'm at uni in Leeds. hey im also planning to go to Ibiza next year. want to get away and do something different for a change. Thinking about getting PR work or working in a club or bar. Kinda scared about just rocking up and not having a job or place to stay so gunna try and sort it out before i go. Are you going with friends?

no. all my friends have full time boyfriends (boring) or have other commitments. Did a ski seanson 2 years ago which was amazing and wanna try a summer season. Am so excited, be cool to meet other people that are going out. Its good that it fits in with uni times to.

I am heading to Ibiza in May myself and like you need a few things answered like that though I am going for a holiday first and will be looking for a job and that after a week or so. hey people,
am planning on working summer 08myslef, my bro did it this year and had an amazing time. The best thing to do would be get a group of us and head out late april kinda time to get decent jobs otherwise they all go and you will end up with a crappy job.
There is various hotel/flats which are mostly for workers and are good but cheap. I was going to try and stay ast the one my bro did. it was pretty nice, good location and was pretty good value for money.

Hey guys
I'm planning a summer in Ibiza next year too with one of my friends we've both been before and love the place. We've heard the best time to go in end of April early May, but I'm bridesmaid for my best friends wedding at the end of May?! So may have to go after or go early and try to come back for the week of the wedding? any Ideas let me know? [email protected]

Hey Guys
I'm in a similar boat to some of you... in my final year of Uni and therefore cant get out there till late May. It's definitely doable. I went to Ibiza twice in the summer and could have got a job either time. I guess the earlier you go the more choice you get in it. I wouldn't recommend PR'ing unless you have ALOT of stamina (7 days a week for below average money)
I'm deffo looking into it though, and if there are any others who are looking to go around a similar time id be more than happy to go out there and sort some group accomodation out.
