elo peoples...Im from East sussex,, like all of ya want to go Ibiza summer 2008, i want to go in mid June and stay till end sept would like to get bar ect. jobs spend money and have goo time, chilling out and going out as much as possible, im 24 male , any one up for it let me know, waiting for ya meil at soundszit@poczta.fm

Yep, ive done it before, last year and ive booked for this season aswell, heading out there end of may, only cost £40!!!
Not sure about bar work as i didnt do it, boring n 2 much hard work for my liking!!! I worked as a PR/parade girl for twice As Nice, got paid 120e per week, that wo for 3 days, 2 hours walking the beaches in the afternoon and 4 hours at nite, dressed in top hats n hot pants! walking the west end, getting hammered wi my mates handing out flyers! best jobs ever!
Also worked for Hed kandi, 1 nite, got hair n make up done, cute little outfits and got paid 50e for just chatting to people! not even about hed kandi! Then got in free to El Divino, had to look pretty for a few hours then off home!
I also danced for Judgement Sundays at Eden! Best job ever! Outfits were amazing, loads of dancers, 20 girls n boys a think, got 45 euros for i nites dancing, was hard work but amazing!!!
If you want to earn alot of money it is possible, mite mean working 7 days tho, slaving away in the heat estering people to buy tickets, if you can sell then youl make money, i personally couldnt b arsed!!!
Theres plenty of jobs all way through the season, i had a total of 8 jobs in 4 months, nothings that reliable really, but something always comes up!
I havent heard of any employers in ibiza that pay for accomdation, not 1! Depends on how ruff you wana live really! To start with we paid 350e per month and 200e bond for a hotel room, then half way thru we shared a studio apartment, just one tiny room wi 4 of us!!! knocked rent darn to 160e a month, but there wo only 2 beds! id suggest trying to sort sum kinda accom before you get there, theres always hostels but there more expensive than most hotels really!
Like i say jobs r cuming up all way thru the season, the earlier the better really tho.
Theres a pub atthe top of the west end called The Ship, thers a massive notice board that has all the jobs/accomdation/lost n found etc for workers, its great! Jobs r advertised on there, saying to go to a certain bar at a certain time, so youl get there n theyl b 100 other people all for the same job! youl see the interviewers briefly for a chat then they put the results up in the Ship, thats ow most of it works anyway! Alot of jobs by word of mouth n just putting yourself forward n making a good impression!

Hiya just read your post! i was wanting to go and work out in magaluf this summer as ive been ther loads and love it but my sister ex bf is a DJ and he says Ibiza is way better and that i should go there instead. Only thing is i've neva been there before but after reading your post it sounds FAB!
Just wonderin what is the best time to go out there to get a job and if u know of any cheap accommodation?
any advice you can give me wud be great cos i'll going out there on my own so i'm a bit scared.

Hey im also thinking of going to work in Ibizia this summer, I've been on holiday there the last three summers, none of my friends want to work there there though! I'm a student at bristol university and would love someone to travel/share accomadation with also! I'm doing a postgraduate course at Salford Uni next year hopefully, am orginally from near manchester xxx

Alright peeps...
Andi here, 20yr old male (21 in May) Looking to potentially head out end of May / Beginning of June. i think like alot of people I'm graduating Uni this summer, so cant head out as early as I would really like but I'm desperate to spend a summer there before I have to start living in the real world! Im definatly looking to go out to ibiza to work this summer, went on holiday there last year and it was absolutly amazing!! so i really want to go back there for the whole season. going alone....m8s all have proper jobs n boyf...etc
looking to meet ppl same interests as me, to chat with, share appartments etc....
we all have one thing in common we all love ibiza!!!!!

planning on ibiza 08 myself, wondering what any1 knows about workers accomodation? was thinking of regular holiday&hotel for a week but have no idea where to go from there... rekn findong work's easy enough though, was there a couple of summers ago and bar work seems widely available throughout the season but i hear pr'ings not that well paid and a bit of a hiding to nothing
