Is that for Scene rep or Service? Heres all the info I got my my assessment day (which was scene)

Breakdown on the TUI assessment which I have just completed, hope it helps :)

First there is an introduction into the company and a little bit about the role of the TUI Scene rep. then you introduce yourself to everyone. then you are given 12 scenarios which could happen overseas which you must put in order of what you would do first. then they split you into groups and you have to discuss your answers with the group.

Then there is a role play activity where they pretend to be a customer complaining and you have to try and resolve it as best as possible. Then there is a lunch break where people are sent home.

Next they go further into the role of the rep and things youll be doing and also benefits of working for TUI such as the pay, commission and uniform etc.Then there's another role play activity where you hav 10 minutes to prepare a sales pitch of an excursion.

once everyones done this, there is another break where more people are sent home. finally it's the 1-2-1 interviews where they are mainly questions like "name a time you have worked well in a team"

So sorry, only just seen this. I have my training the end of this month. If you’re wanting to explore and tan I’d say TC buy if you are doing it for the money I’d say Tui. I jut love the Tui concept hotels too and I’m in a family life hotel and I as soon as I looked the hotel up l, for me it was a no brainier. Hope you make. Decision and don’t be too hard on yourself when deciding.

I was in the same situation and finally decided on tui in the end at the end of the day I’m doing it for the money. Also, with Thomas cook you tony find out your destination until the academy but with tui you hound out before and I’m so impatient. I can’t put the Thomas cook assembly day wanting to work for them but when it came to it I decided on tui and couldn’t be happier with my decision as I have found out I’m in kos.
