Croatia is supposed to be amazing! My friend is a family life rep she loves it its supposed to be so much fun. Just think you can always choose after your first season but like you said its an experience and you might fall in love with the place!

Hi, I was hoping someone could offer me some advice please...I've been accepted as a Service Rep for both Tui and Thomas Cook, and I can't decide which job to take! If anyone has any experience, good or bad, of either company, please let me know! TC offers 2 days off a week but lower pay and capped commission...Tui is 1-1.5 days off a week, but I may earn more. Plus Tui might start sooner. Although I like the sound of the TC Training Academy! Please help! :-) x

I was in the same situation and finally decided on tui in the end at the end of the day I’m doing it for the money. Also, with Thomas cook you tony find out your destination until the academy but with tui you hound out before and I’m so impatient. I can’t put the Thomas cook assembly day wanting to work for them but when it came to it I decided on tui and couldn’t be happier with my decision as I have found out I’m in kos.

Thanks, it's a tough choice isn't it? How soon do you start with Tui? I might message them and see if they can tell me where and when I'd be going, as that might help me make my mind up...don't want to get to the last day of the TC academy and find out that my destination isn't as good as the one that Tui would have offered me!! I just hope that Tui gives me enough time off to explore and get a tan...! ;-)
