Hey guys! I went on the Crystal Ski Assessment Day this week, it was a really relaxed interview and actually ended up being really good fun, nowhere near as stressful as I thought it would be! Has anyone else been on this Assessment Day, I'm waiting by the phone all the time with my fingers crossed so I'm wondering how long it usually takes for them to get back to you to see if you've got the job or not! I was at the Surbiton day on the 29th June, so if anyone else was there pop up as I forgot to get anyone's contact details!

I was there yesterday too but gutted as didn't get through to the one to one interviews. Good luck, hope you get it! I would have like to get a couple of numbers too

Requested feedback as I wanted to know why I was unsuccessful and a couple of things - I was too dominate in the group task - which I knew - but also my social media test score was very low. I'm not really into twitter so need to improve and then I will re-apply |

Hey! Yeah I found out two days afterwards that I had got the job, I'm going to be a Rep in France, couldn't be more excited! Which country did you get?

Hi, thanks for this! I'm applying for Resort Rep, I have a background in events and have dreamed about doing a ski season/getting out of 9-5 for a few years now. Think it's time to 'chase the dream' as they say! Yes I've looked over the job description loads of times, and looking at Crystal now - thanks for that tip! What other presentations will there be? I feel quite confident with my presentation/public speaking due to my work, I just need to remember to breath, stand tall etc! Do you know roughly how many people will be there? As a resort rep - do you think I should take on board the cooking/baking things you mentioned? The job description is more budgeting, driving and admin based. Thanks - Amy |

Hi Amy! It sounds like you are going in to the interview with the exact same mindset as me! I've been in the 9-5 office routine for too long and I said the exact same, that I wanted to go and 'Chase the Dream'.

Hi; I'm Stef from argentina. I'd like to work at a ski centre for a season. I'm from Mendoza, and I had the opportunity to work at a ski centre. I also worked and study in oz for almost three years. I'd like to have the chance to work for a season. I'm able to travel any time. But I'm not sure about the conditions or how does it work. I'd appreciate info. regards Stef |

Hi, I have been invited to attend an assessment day for a ski rep position in 4 days, I only received the email yesterday and do not feel as if I have the time to prepare properly  I am 17 at the moment and am quite nervous! Everyone seems to be talking about the presentation which I seem to know nothing about really? What should it be about? How long should I talk for? What else is involved in the assessment day that I should be aware of and anything in particular I need to research? Any help, advice and information is appreciated:) |

Is it the East Midlands one on Thursday? I know nothing about the presentation either, my sister had an email before her TUI interview with what to prepare so I'm worrying that I haven't been told anything like that. |

Yes it is, it sounds like we just have to give a small description of who we are and what our favorite holiday would be?? But i do not know how i was supposed to know that? if i hadn't have looked on here i wouldn't have had a clue! Thanks for the reply mwashton

hey:) just wondering if you have thought about the presentation or know anything of it? Some things on here are saying don't worry about it they will let you know more when your there but some others are saying that they already have one prepared?:/ I wonder how many people will also be there im also very exited but still very nervous

I'm just waiting until the day, I think if we needed to prepare our presentation in advance, they'd have emailed us about it already. I've been an picked up a brochure and looked through the website then just prepared for typical interview questions. |

I went to the Crystal Assessment at East Midlands Airport on Tuesday 26th. Just found out I'm going to France to be a Ski Rep! So chuffed! - Thanks for the advise MWashton!! If anyone's reading from the assessment day I went to, I'd love to know how you got on! Thanks - Amy x

If so it was deffo you im quite shocked some people didnt get through some were great, i know what you mean about the crying part :-( do you think it will be monday we find out if they dont get in touch today im not tpo sure if they will be working on sunday. |

I didn't prepare anything. You do an introduction about yourself, the presentation was the group task, then a speed interview and social media test in the morning and a more in depth interview if you get through to the afternoon but that was still only 20 minutes. |

I know ther companies make you do a maths test, do crystal? And what sort of things do they ask in the social media test? Is it written on done online? Thanks in advance! |

Hello! Im new here, I have an Assessment day in Manchester on Tuesday August the 16th, And was wondering if anybody else here will be attending ?? Hey I have my assesment on that date !! and I would be lying if I said I wasn't nervous !! but theres a lot of helpful information on here ! my head is in overload atm with reaching resorts and crystal lol Im also worried that i haven't left enough time to get to the venue on time I'm flying over from N.Ireland and my flight is meant to get in at 8.10 so fingers crossed theres no delays  |

I Know that I need my passport, NI card, Proof of address and a bank statement, Is that all ? agghhh worst time for my laptop to give up !

Hello, I had the assessment the day before yours, I heard back on Friday evening - I am going to Italy! The suspense was unbearable. As they said in the interview, you will hear back within 7 working days from your assessment day, so I would say they will let you know today or tomorrow! I think they would contact all successful and unsuccessful on the same day, so don't worry! Good luck! |

Hey guys, I had an assessment day with Flexiski in Surbiton on the 18th of August and still haven't heard back. I've emailed them but haven't received a reply, I was just wondering if anyone else had done an assessment day with them and if so whether you've heard back from them? |
