Ice hockey in Canada is almost like a religion and there is certainly no better place to soak up the atmosphere of this sport than at an adrenaline charged game infront of a packed house in Vancouver.
Back up in Whistler with countless bars such as The Crystal lounge, Cinnamon Bear, Merlins & many more you will never be short of Live music & friendly people to party the night away. The end of the season brings the TELUS World Ski & Snowboard Festival. This attracts athletes from all over the world & really whips the town to life and is a great way to end the season in Whistler.
Whistler Ski and Board School is the largest in the world employing over 2000 instructors each season.
The school boasts some of the best and most experienced pro’s in Canada who are always willing to pass on their tips and expertise.
If people who reach the required level and pass the level two course CSIA or CASI courses whilst on a gap year training programme, will typically also receive preferential treatment with the snowsport school for the following year when it comes to them considering new applicants, meaning many students will find themselves being offered work if they wish to return to teach full-time the next year.
