Our Adventure Leaders encourage and coach peers to continually develop their skills to become the best delivery experts they can be. 

Being an Adventure Leader with Kingswood, you’ll be Course Directing the Guests we have providing them with a smooth, exciting and rememberable visit!

About you:

Qualifications (desirable)

• ERCA Rescuer
• BC Paddle sports Coach
• Fencing Core Coach
• First aid

Knowledge

Onsite Accommodation and Food provided for a fee. 

Successful candidates are required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure and provide two professional references. You need to possess the legal right to live and work in the UK to be considered for employment with Kingswood.
