F&P Travel is on the lookout for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to oversee our self-catered chalet operation. This role offers a blend of independence and team support, with opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of four self-catered properties, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
- Coordinate guest services, including arranging ski passes, addressing inquiries, and organizing activities such as restaurant bookings and lessons.
- Supervise a team of cleaners during property changeovers to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Oversee self-catered upgrades, handling orders, deliveries, invoicing, and inventory management.
- Assume property management duties, ensuring maintenance and promptly resolving any issues.
- Act as duty manager during the Resort Manager's absence, providing support to chalet teams and ensuring smooth operations.
- Assist the Resort Manager with administrative tasks, such as accounting, supplier management, and order processing.
- Foster a cohesive team environment, both within chalets and on the slopes, emphasizing teamwork and exceptional customer service.
- Contribute to our environmental initiatives and uphold our commitment to sustainability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two seasons' experience with a chalet company.
- Age over 23 due to insurance requirements.
- D1 Driving licence & Driver CPC, RosPA qualification, or two years of driving experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Interest in property management and dedication to customer service.
- Conversational French
- Eligibility to work in France (UK passport holders can be assisted with the visa process).
