Reports to: Head of Bar

Working within a local team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the experience of our resorts, showcasing your excellent customer service skills and knowledge across our bar. If you possess enthusiasm, an outgoing personality and have experience in the bar industry, this opportunity is for you!

Requirements

• Good knowledge of alcoholic drinks
• Previous experience working in a bar or pub
• Good cocktail knowledge (highly desirable)
• UK only passport holder

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily running of the bar
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Offer a quick, efficient and friendly service
• Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard
• Promote drinks offers and happy hours
• Organsie and host evening entertainment events such as quizzes, music etc
• Stock control, weekly stock takes & reconciling deliveries
• Assist the Head Bar with budgets whilst maintaining high standards
• Ensure high levels of hygiene and cleanliness to the Mark Warner standards
• Daily cleaning and tidying
