Your role:

We are looking for a sales driven talent that will develop our markets and closely assist our candidates with their experience abroad. You will be in contact with companies all over Europe 


  • In collaboration with our Marketing team, you will develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard new clients interested in our services. 
  • Collaborate closely with the team to introduce new offers and destinations for our candidates. 
  • Actively pursue and engage potential European business partners for collaborative ventures (B2B). 
  • Cultivate relationships with European businesses in the target industry to facilitate placements (B2B).
  • Conduct focused outreach to individuals seeking professional experiences abroad (B2C).
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard new clients interested in our services (B2C). 
  • Support the daily placement of candidates in overseas organisations.
  • Provide comprehensive client support before, during, and after their experiences abroad.
  • Organise and participate in events to build the Roast Jobs community and enhance brand awareness. 



  • Relevant degree in business, sales, international relations, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and proficiency in a second language such as Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese is mandatory.
  • A genuine interest in other cultures and strong understanding of international markets and business dynamics.
  • Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with both B2B and B2C stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Flexible and result-driven.
