Campsite Team Leader role for Siesta Lifestyle Holidays Summer 2026 

Roles available for EU-Passport Holders and UK residents of Spain.

The 2026 season is fast approaching and we at Siesta Lifestyle Holidays are looking for enthusiastic, fun loving and responsible individual to join our team as Team Leader on our site in Spain.

Seasonal Working is perfect for those who wish to spend their summer working in the sun abroad.  Client satisfaction is at the heart of what we do and you will be responsible for providing the best customer service for our guests.  

Job Responsibilities include:

Leading, motivating and supporting the on-site team on a daily basis.

Planning and organising work schedules and daily tasks.

Checking and overseeing the cleaning of our accommodations to ensure it meets company standards.

Being there for our guests every step of the way : from check in, site and local information, problem solving, to then saying a fond goodbye on their departure.  

Supporting reception duties, administration and communication with management when required.

Being self-motivated, as well as being able to work well in a diverse team and lead by example.

Ensuring all company policy and safety protocols are followed by the team.

Out of hours duty (fairly shared between the team).

Dates: Season starts April and ends in September 2026. Subject to change.

Salary: Competitive, paid monthly.

Age: 21+

Accommodation: Provided on site, sharing with other team members.

Language: English mandatory, knowledge of a second European language desirable.

Nationality: EU passport holder, UK resident with residency in Spain, alternatively have a valid working permit/visas for the applicable country of work.
