Overview 

A brand-new, ultra-luxury private chalet in Méribel is seeking an experienced Chalet Couple to deliver exceptional five-star service throughout the winter season.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional Chalet Chef/Chauffeur and highly experienced Host/Housekeeper to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of an exclusive six-bedroom chalet, sleeping up to 15 guests.

Working together, you’ll oversee everything from private dining and guest transfers to housekeeping, hosting and personalised guest services, ensuring the chalet is maintained to the highest standards and every stay is seamless, discreet and truly exceptional.

Roles & Responsibilities

Chef / Chauffeur 

• Confident in preparing high-quality meals tailored to the client’s preferences and requirements.
• Manage food stock, kitchen supplies and regular food shopping.
• Confidently chauffeur guests to their chosen destinations, including the slopes, restaurants and local amenities.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented kitchen at all times.
• Work closely with the Host/Housekeeper to ensure the smooth running of the chalet.
• Provide discreet, professional and attentive service to private guests.

Host / Housekeeper

• Maintain impeccable standards of daily housekeeping and cleanliness throughout the chalet.
• Manage daily laundry and ensure bedrooms, bathrooms and guest areas are perfectly presented.
• Act as the first point of contact for guests, managing check-ins, check-outs and providing a warm welcome.
• Manage the property turnover between guests, ensuring the chalet is fully prepared to an exceptional standard.
• Maintain the spa, jacuzzi and living areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Monitor the property closely, ensuring maintenance issues are identified promptly and the chalet remains in excellent condition.

Candidate Requirements 

• Previous luxury chalet, villa, yacht or hospitality experience.
• Fluent English essential; fluent French essential.
• Discreet, trustworthy and comfortable serving high-profile guests.
• Self-reliant, proactive and confident working without supervision.
• Flexible team players willing to support each other.
• Exceptional attention to detail and presentation standards.
• Full driving licence required for at least one candidate.
