Head Nanny Position – Hotel, Morzine (French Alps)

Do you have a passion for working with children and want to spend the winter in the stunning snowy French Alps? We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Head Nanny to lead our childcare offering at our beautiful hotel in Morzine.

As Head Nanny, you will be responsible for delivering a fun, safe, and memorable holiday experience for children aged 3 months to 12 years. From indoor creche care to outdoor snow play and après-ski fun, you’ll help ensure our youngest guests have a magical time – while giving their parents peace of mind.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the Creche, Kids Club, and Ski School support
• Lead and support a small team of dedicated Nannies
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities both indoors and outdoors
• Ensure the highest standards of safety, care, and engagement
• Act as the main point of contact for parents, handling queries and feedback with professionalism
• Maintain rosters, and health & safety procedures

Requirements:

• A formal childcare or teaching qualification (CACHE, NNEB, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Valid Paediatric First Aid certification
• Up-to-date Enhanced Police/DBS Check or international equivalent
• Previous experience working with a broad age range (0-12 years)
• Confident, organised, and great with both children and adults
• Fluent in English (French is a bonus but not essential)
