We’re looking for qualified and experienced childcare practitioners to join our team for the remainder of our summer season. You’ll care for babies and toddlers aged 4 months to 3 years, helping them play, learn, and explore through creative, engaging activities in our crèches and outdoor play areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care for children aged 4 months to 3 years.
- Create a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment tailored to individual needs.
- Support daily routines including feeding, sleep, nappy changing and comfort.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate play, sensory activities and outdoor experiences.
- Welcome families and gather key information about each child’s requirements.
- Build friendly, reassuring relationships with parents and offer daily feedback.
- Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards throughout the crèche.
- Carry out risk assessments and respond confidently to any incidents.
- Prepare and serve snacks/meals in line with dietary needs and allergy guidance.
- Work collaboratively with the childcare team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Participate in evening babysitting (two shifts per week, paid extra).
- Support additional duties when required to help the club run smoothly.

Essential Requirements
- Level 3 CACHE Diploma in Childcare and Education (or equivalent). Level 2 qualifications considered if actively working towards Level 3.
- Proven experience working with babies (4 months+) and young children.
- Full Paediatric First Aid Certificate (required).
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (desirable).
- Current DBS Certificate, Garda Vetting, or equivalent.
- Confident swimmer.
- EU Passport
