Maintenance Person – Summer Season

Kathy's Island Retreat is a boutique wellness retreat on the beautiful Greek island of Karpathos. We are looking for a practical, reliable, and hands-on Maintenance Person to help keep our retreat running smoothly throughout the summer season.

This is a varied role, and no two days are the same. You will be responsible for the general upkeep of the property, ensuring everything is safe, clean, and well maintained for our guests.

Your responsibilities will include:

• General repairs and maintenance around the property
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Painting and decorating when needed
• Gardening and outdoor maintenance
• Maintaining tools and equipment
• Setting up rooms and outdoor areas when required
• Responding quickly to maintenance issues reported by guests or staff
• Helping with occasional deliveries and practical tasks around the retreat
• Helping with watering/taking care of the garden
• Assisting with driving when necessary 

We're looking for someone who:

• Is practical, resourceful, and enjoys solving problems
• Has experience in general property maintenance or a similar role
• Can work independently and manage their own workload
• Has a positive attitude and is willing to help wherever needed
• Speaks conversational English (additional languages are a bonus)
• Holds a driving licence (preferred)
