Join our English language school and play a vital role in ensuring the safety, welfare, and overall wellbeing of our young learner and adult students from around the world, while supporting the smooth delivery of a fun, engaging programme.
This is a seasonal and/or group-based role, with work offered when young learner groups are running. During these periods, Residential Support Leads are expected to live on-site at the school, providing supervision, welfare support, and leadership throughout the programme. This may involve one or two weeks of work at a time, followed by time off between groups.
This role combines student welfare, supervision, and activity support and is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a residential environment and taking an active role in students’ wellbeing and daily life.
