✅ REQUIREMENTS

This position is intended for experienced fitness entertainers ready to work in a professional resort environment.

• Previous experience required in fitness entertainment, group fitness, sports animation, or wellness activities
• English B1 or higher (daily interaction with international guests)
• Additional languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish) are a strong advantage
• Availability for 3-6 months
• European citizenship required
• Confident leading group activities independently
• Energetic, motivating, and guest-focused personality
• Good physical condition and professional attitude
• Ability to follow schedules, safety rules, and resort standards

As a Fitness Entertainer, you will work in international 4★–5★ resorts, delivering structured and engaging fitness programs that contribute directly to guest satisfaction and wellbeing.

You will be part of a professional entertainment or wellness team, leading daily activities that motivate guests of different ages and fitness levels. Your role combines energy, structure, and responsibility in a premium hospitality environment.

It is designed for fitness professionals who already understand how to lead, engage, and motivate groups in a resort or hospitality setting.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily wellness and fitness sessions including stretching, aqua gym, yoga, and group workouts
• Deliver clear, safe, and motivating instruction adapted to international guests
• Adjust sessions to different fitness levels, ages, and guest needs
• Create a calm, positive, and welcoming atmosphere during activities
• Promote resort wellness programs and encourage guest participation
• Ensure all activities follow safety, hygiene, and professional fitness standards
• Collaborate closely with the entertainment and resort teams
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and confident presence at all times
