Seasonal Chefs

We are looking for experienced hospitality chefs to join our team during the 2026 Summer Season.

If you have experience as Kitchen Porter, Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, Grill Chef or Kitchen Assistant then we are interested in speaking with you.

You must have previous experience of working in a busy kitchen environment, you must have good communication skills and be able to speak fluent English.

Your role will include the following duties/responsibilities

• Working under supervision of Kitchen Manager
• Food preparation
• Working on various stations within the kitchen
• Assisting during service
• Keeping your work area clean
• Putting away deliveries
• Stock rotation
• Following procedures for storage and cooking methods currently in place
• Following company recycle schemes including seperate food collections
• Sustainable use of utilities
• Compliance with Food Safety regulations
• Compliance with health and Safety regulations
• Assisting the kitchen team as required

Allergens Awareness is essential.

Food Safety Certificate Level 2 is required, if you already have this it would be an advantage.

The hours of work will include weekends and evenings and you will be required to work 5 or 6 days per week according to the weekly rota.

Pay is 4-weekly and is paid by BACS.  You will be auto-enrolled on our Company Pension Scheme when you become eligible.

Pay is negotiable depending on your skills, experience and qualifications.  Perks such as a signing bonus and end of season bonus can be offered to enhance your package.
