🏡 Villa Hautvallon is a charming boutique guesthouse located in Gordes, in the heart of Provence.

We are looking for a friendly, versatile, and motivated team member to join us for the 2026 season.

Your Role

As part of our small and friendly team, you will play a key role in the daily life of the guesthouse and in creating a relaxed, refined, and memorable experience for our guests. This is a hands-on, varied position, ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, autonomy, and human interaction.

Your main responsibilities will include:

🍳 Preparing, setting up, and serving breakfast with care and attention to presentation

☕ Ensuring a smooth and pleasant breakfast service, responding to guests’ needs and requests

🤝 Welcoming guests upon arrival, assisting with check-ins, and providing helpful local recommendations (restaurants, villages, activities, markets)

🧳 Supporting guests throughout their stay and ensuring they feel comfortable, cared for, and at home

🧹 Helping maintain clean, welcoming, and well-organized common areas

📋 Assisting with daily operational tasks and coordinating with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operations

✨ Contributing to the overall atmosphere of calm, elegance, and quality that defines our boutique guesthouse

Contract & Conditions

📆 Period: April 15 – October 15, 2025 (7 months) (also can be from april to september)

📍 Location: Gordes (84220), Provence  on-site position

🏡 Accommodation & meals provided (for candidates coming from outside the region) 

🚗 Company vehicle available for work-related use

Profile We’re Looking For

🗣️ Languages:

English required

French from basic to fluent welcome (not mandatory)

German is a plus

💼 Experience:

At least 1 year in hospitality or a similar role preferred but beginners welcome if motivated in learning .
