We provide top-quality ski and snowboard equipment, a convenient ski depot, and friendly, knowledgeable service – always with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and fun. Led by Emily and Elena, our small and energetic team thrives on teamwork, positivity, and a personal touch.

🎿 About the Job

We are now hiring for multiple positions in our ski rental shop for the upcoming winter season. This role involves all areas of ski hire and customer service – no previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.

🔧 Your Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Advising guests on ski and snowboard equipment
• Inputting guest details for ski binding setup using our computer system
• Selecting and adjusting boots, skis, and boards
• Setting bindings safely to the correct standards
• Operating and learning the Wintersteiger ski service machine
• Handling payments and assisting with returns/exchanges
• Keeping the rental area clean, tidy, and well-stocked

👥 What We’re Looking For

• EU passport required – Applicants must be EU residents
• Fluent in English or German (other languages like Dutch are a plus)
• Motivated, reliable, and customer-focused
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Previous ski hire experience is an advantage, but not necessary
• Must be available to work the full season
• Due to Brexit, we cannot accept UK passport holders unless they have a second EU passport.

🛌 Accommodation & Costs

We offer seasonal staff accommodation:

• Shared apartment (2 single applicants or 1 couple): €2200 per season, paid in advance
• Premium apartment (sleeps 2): €8000 per season
• The accommodation is located just 10 meters from the Penkenbahn cable car – perfect for enjoying the slopes during time off!

💰 Salary & Benefits

Above national minimum wage

• 5 days/week (40 hrs): approx. €1800 net/month
• 6 days/week (48 hrs): approx. €2200 net/month
• Flexible working hours with 1–2 days off per week and long lunch breaks
• Free ski/snowboard equipment hire
• Ski pass allowance
• Performance bonuses and returnee rewards
