The Role
Reporting to the Operations and Contracts Manager, you will support the planning and coordination of school ski groups travelling to Austria.
Working closely with suppliers and colleagues, you will help ensure every aspect of the trip is organised accurately and delivered smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating arrangements for school groups travelling to Austria.
- Liaising with hotels, ski schools, transport providers, equipment suppliers and activity venues.
- Managing bookings, confirmations and supplier communications.
- Coordinating accommodation and rooming information.
- Communicating group requirements and special requests to suppliers.
- Supporting the organisation of evening activities and resort services.
- Assisting with seasonal staff administration and onboarding activities.
- Maintaining accurate operational and financial records.
- Supporting invoice processing and expense administration.
- Working closely with colleagues in Austria and the UK to ensure the successful delivery of trips.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous administration, coordination or office-based experience.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good spoken and written German language skills.
- Conversational spoken and written English.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
Desirable
- Experience within tourism, hospitality, travel, events or customer service.
- Experience working with bookings, reservations or supplier coordination.
- An interest in skiing, travel or outdoor activities.
- Experience working in an international or bilingual environment.
Please note that previous ski industry experience is not essential. We are primarily looking for someone with strong administration skills, excellent organisation and the ability to communicate confidently in both German and English.

- The role typically operates between 9:00am and 6:30pm during the winter season, reducing during the quieter summer months.
